Lose weight fast

  • drink water or green tea ( no sugar)
  • eat soup
  • eat green vegetables
  • eat low fat yoghurt
  • eat blueberries, melon or water melon
  • don't eat after 6.00 pm
  • enjoy your active time outside
  • sleep no more then 8 hours
  • you can eat eggs
  • eat fish
